Sanjh is a signature restaurant under Tivona Group, a hospitality company dedicated to creating immersive dining experiences that celebrate authentic flavors, rich traditions, and refined atmospheres.
Founded by Sanjay Joshi, CEO and President, and Probodh Arora, Chief Operating Officer, Tivona Group brings decades of expertise in hospitality, operations, and brand-building to Sanjh’s vision.
A dynamic entrepreneur, Sanjay Joshi leads with a strategic mindset shaped by his success across industries including hospitality, education, and business development. His commitment to innovation and guest experience has been central to shaping Sanjh into a destination for modern Indian cuisine.
Probodh Arora brings over 20 years of hospitality experience, having held leadership roles at premier properties such as Westin, Marriott, and Starwood Hotels. As former owner of the iconic Saffron House, he is known for delivering operational excellence and warm, memorable service.
Together, Sanjay and Probodh have created Sanjh as a restaurant rooted in tradition yet guided by vision—offering guests a refined, contemporary expression of Indian culinary heritage.
